2017 festival schedule

July 13, Thursday All Day: Halau check in - Stage Rehearsal and Sound Check throughout the day, and vendor set up. Closed to the public

July 14, Friday Morning - Stage Rehearsal, Sound Check, Vendor set up, Closed to public Doors Open to the Public at 12:00pm - Festival Starts at 1:00pm with introductions and opening ceremonies - First Performance begins approximately 2:30pm. All Performances today are Hula 'Auana Solo - All Categories

July 15, Sat. Morning - Doors open to the public at 9:00am - Festival Starts at 10:00am - 7:30pm (approx.) All Performances today are Hula Kahiko both solo and group performances - Finish the evening with Solo Hula Performance Awards

July 15, Sat. Evening - Kani ka pila in honor of Uncle George will be held in the hotel grand lobby. This is an important part of our festival to share the aloha that Uncle George always enjoyed. If you plan to be here with us all, you will see why! Bring your instruments and join us with Hawaiian music and dance for everyone to enjoy. The hotel will be serving food (full lounge menu and specials) until 1:00am and the usual last call for drinks soon to follow. Our music and fun gathering is open to the public and hope to see you all there. Officially this will start anytime people want to gather and play music. Officially our House Musicians will join us at a time about 9:00pm until pau. For all of us who were there this year know that it was a wonderful time of music, hula, food and aloha overflowing everywhere!

July 16, Sun. Morning - Doors open to the public at 9:00am - Festival starts at 10:00am - 6:00pm (approx.) All Performances today are Hula 'Auana group performances - Finish the event with all group and over all awards & closing ceremonies
